Roles & Responsibilities

1. Taking charge of essential HR tasks such employee onboarding and offboarding
2. Helping with the creation of offer letters, induction plans, exit procedures, and clearance paperwork
3. To assist management in making decisions, creating HR reports and carrying out simple data analysis
4. Working together with the finance department to guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing
5. Constantly guaranteeing the privacy of important employee and business data

Requirements

1. A keen interest in operational procedures and human resource management
2. Knowledge with Microsoft Excel, HR tools, and documentation protocols
3. Detailed-oriented with excellent time-management and organizing abilities
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. The capacity to handle sensitive information professionally and with confidentiality
6. It is advantageous to have prior experience with an internship or business administration, human resources, or a similar subject.
7. A desire to learn and participate in organized human resources tasks in a collaborative setting
