Job Description:
- Learn and apply software engineering principles, Agile practices, and development methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop, enhance, and deliver software products and features.
- Write clean, maintainable code along with unit and system tests.
- Automate repetitive manual tasks to improve development efficiency.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve software bugs reported by users or testing teams.
- Follow secure coding standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Assist senior engineers in performance testing, debugging, and optimizing applications.
- Adhere to company coding standards, engineering policies, and development guidelines.
- Participate in team discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and special projects as assigned
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or an equivalent
- 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred skill:
- Knowledge of Engineering Concepts
- Ability to work in a global team, with multiple stakeholders across functions, business units, and geographical regions
- Ability to communicate task information with clients
- Team Player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good command of the English language
