Roles & Responsibilities

1. Determine and target prospective corporate and institutional customers for Open Secret’s gifting items.
2. Establish and preserve solid bonds with purchasing divisions, corporate giving managers, and other decision-makers.
3. To provide specialized solutions that satisfy customers’ needs, ascertain their gifting preferences, financial limitations, and branding standards.
4. Effectively showcase and market Open Secret’s product line to potential customers, emphasizing its special qualities and advantages.
5. Create and deliver persuasive quotations, presentations, and sales pitches to land new business.
6. To guarantee efficient order fulfillment and delivery procedures, cooperate with internal teams, such as design, production, and logistics.
7. To find new business possibilities and keep ahead of the competition, stay current on market dynamics, competitor activity, and industry trends.
8. Contribute to the expansion of the business by meeting or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales goals.
9. Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions from clients, fixing problems, and guaranteeing their pleasure.
10. Use CRM software to keep thorough records of your prospecting efforts, customer interactions, and sales activity.
