Roles & Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation
2. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, query handling, and internal communication
3. Assist in collecting and validating data for payroll processing and employee benefits administration
4. Support HR audits and ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies
5. Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions
6. Compile, manage, and analyze HR data for reporting and employee surveys

The Bharti AXA Life internship will be for a period of 3 months.
