- Accurately prepare (spread) business and personal financial statements and tax returns as per GAAP and bank policies
- Ensure financial data is correctly mapped into internal credit analysis systems
- Highlight key financial observations to underwriters and assist in loan structuring and pricing
- Work on new, renewal, and interim financial statements, including complex cases like Not-for-Profit entities
