Roles & Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, databases, and outbound prospecting channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria
- Initiate outreach to prospects via email, calls, and social media platforms
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
- Maintain and regularly update CRM systems with accurate prospect details
- Support pipeline tracking, management, and reporting activities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Monitor outreach performance metrics and recommend improvements
