About Bajaj Foundation

The Bajaj Foundation was founded in 2013 as a non-profit organization having 12A and 80G exemptions under Section 25 of the Companies Act 1956. Our guiding principle is “Better life for all.” Through a variety of humanitarian programs, such as food camps, medical assistance, and ration distributions, we have significantly improved communities over the last ten years. Throughout the COVID pandemic, we worked closely with communities to supply oxygen to patients and provided over 15,000 immunizations through frequent vaccine drives.

We are now concentrating on our main initiative, Beyond Tech, which seeks to raise awareness of e-waste and encourage advocacy and action. We aim to motivate everyone to help address e-waste issues through genuine communication and practical actions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter (X)
• Develop and execute a structured monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives
• Create platform-specific content such as reels, shorts, posts, carousels, banners, and other digital creatives
• Craft compelling captions aligned with storytelling themes and campaign goals
• Optimize YouTube uploads by managing thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and performance elements
• Schedule posts to ensure consistency and timely publishing across all platforms
• Monitor engagement metrics including reach, impressions, and overall performance analytics
• Prepare and present monthly digital performance reports with key insights
• Collaborate with the Social Media Team to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Support live digital coverage of events, workshops, and summits
