The K Raheja Corp Group is the promoter of Shoppers Stop, an Indian retail company that opened its first location in Andheri, Mumbai, in 1991. On April 10, 2008, during the World Retail Congress in Barcelona, Shoppers Stop Limited was bestowed with two honors: “The Hall of Fame” and “The Emerging Market Retailer of the Year Award”. Shoppers Stop has a BSE listing. It had 73 outlets in India as of 2013.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and organize engagement-driven projects within the company to promote a sense of belonging, acknowledgment, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary groups to lead celebrations and engagement initiatives for the entire enterprise.
- Create internal communities to organize, carry out, and maintain engagement initiatives.
- Use metrics and feedback systems to assess the success and impact of engagement programs.
- Create and carry out wellness programs that address the important facets of wellness (emotional, physical, social, financial, and mental) for the teams in the store and services office.
- Establish and keep up a wellbeing calendar that is in line with staff requirements and corporate priorities.
- Collaborate with other partners and specialists to provide effective wellness initiatives.
- To improve the company’s standing as an employer of choice, work on its EVP strategy.
- Work with internal teams and outside partners to plan and carry out EVP-led campaigns and initiatives.
- Determine and promote the main tenets of employer branding that are in line with company values and human priorities.
- Create innovative, captivating, and powerful communication materials for programs pertaining to employer branding, welfare, and engagement.
- Oversee the production of narratives and content that emphasize the organization’s culture, personnel, and mission.
- Work closely with the agency or partner to coordinate internal and external messages.
