Roles & Responsibilities

1. Interview scheduling: identifying possible applicants from a variety of sources and setting up interviews appropriately.
2. Preliminary interviews: To determine a candidate’s suitability, preliminary screening and telephone interviews are conducted.
3. Salary negotiation and documentation: talking about expected pay and taking care of the required paperwork procedures.
4. Onboarding new hires: organizing the hiring procedure and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new staff members.
