Roles & Responsibilities

1. Create reliable data pipelines and models to find and monitor talent across business divisions.
2. Create data-driven recruitment strategies by collaborating with managers and stakeholders to comprehend hiring requirements.
3. Look for top talent on social media, job forums (like Naukri, LinkedIn, and iimjobs), and other platforms.
4. To guarantee a satisfying candidate experience, screen resumes and hold preliminary interviews.
5. Oversee the hiring procedure, from posting the position to negotiating the offer, making sure each applicant is a good fit.
6. Create and preserve a robust talent pool to meet present and future employment requirements.
