Roles & Responsibilities
- Video Content Editing
a. Help edit video content (such as advertisements, promotions, interviews, and social media clips) in accordance with project requirements.
b. Edit and organize uncut video into a coherent narrative with a strong sense of flow and pacing.
c. To improve the quality of the movie, add sound, effects, and transitions. - Work together with the creative group.
a. To comprehend the project’s objectives and vision, collaborate closely with the directors, producers, and creative team.
b. Take supervisors’ comments into account and make the required changes. - Syncing Audio and Video
a. Verify that video files and external audio are accurately synchronized.
b. As necessary, add background music, change the audio levels, and add sound effects. - Grading and Color Correction
a. Help with simple color adjustment to maintain visual coherence.
b. Use color grading methods to get a polished, expert appearance. - Management of Media
a. Maintain and arrange video project files, making that backups and naming guidelines are followed.
b. To guarantee an effective workflow throughout the editing process, import, sort, and label footage. - Formatting and Exporting
a. Export finished video deliverables in compliance with the necessary requirements and formats.
b. Verify that videos are optimized for various platforms, such as websites, broadcast, and social media. - Keep abreast with market developments
a. To keep content interesting and fresh, stay up to date on the latest editing trends, tools, and techniques.
b. Acquire knowledge of new plug-ins and software features that could improve the editing process.
