Roles & Responsibilities

• Offer first-level assistance via phone and email, skillfully and competently handling their questions about health insurance.
• Manage helpdesk operations, guaranteeing TAT closure and promptly addressing staff questions and concerns.
• Write succinct and understandable emails to staff members, making sure that all pertinent information is appropriately communicated.
• Maintain, update, and manage staff records and reports as needed by using your basic Excel skills.
• Work together with other departments and team members to tackle any complicated problems that may come up.
• Keep up with the most recent advancements in health insurance services and products so that you can give consumers accurate information.
