Roles & Responsibilities

Manufacturing-Packaging

• Investigate performance loss in terms of tools, abilities, and organization.
• Choose one or more important projects to help the packing line reach its performance goals.
• Provide strategies for resolving technological issues.
• Organize maintenance tools and use production management tools.
• Work on the new equipment’s setup and installation

Manufacturing

• Conduct an analysis and study of performance loss (skills, organization, and equipment).
• Make that all departments (logistics, packing, projects, etc.) are communicating with one another.
• Provide training courses for team leaders and operators to aid in their skill development.
• Create tools for systematization, streamline procedures, and standardize tasks.

Quality

• Create the audits and quality indicators.
• Assist with production (particularly with process, equipment validation, etc.)
• Examine “non-standard” and create a plan of action.
• Take part in workshops with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations, or related fields
• Technical proficiency and meticulousness in carrying out established plans
• Capacity to work well with others
• The ability to assess circumstances and come up with answers. and the capacity for creativity and success reapplication
• English proficiency who are qualified to take part in their campus’s internship placement process
