Roles & Responsibilities

1. When necessary, make outgoing calls to clients or consumers.
2. Update and maintain daily operational and sales data in internal systems.
3. To guarantee correctness, reconcile data from many systems.
4. Help with the creation of performance dashboards and reporting.
5. Assist the operations team with daily duties and work with cross-functional groups to ensure that business procedures are carried out efficiently.

Requirements

1. Pursuing or having just finished a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a similar discipline.
2. Excellent written and vocal communication abilities, as well as mastery of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, multitasking prowess, and attention to detail.
4. A positive outlook and a readiness to develop and learn.
