Roles & Responsibilities
- Interview scheduling, interview coordination, and resume screening.
- Help and comprehend the recruitment process itself
- Setting up all levels of interviews and o rganizing and interacting with hiring managers and candidates for services
- Assists in gathering applicant data for reporting and keeping recruiters informed by coordinating with stakeholders both before and after the interview
- Must stay involved in all phases of the hiring process and provide the recruiter with the necessary follow-ups
- Go over the responsibilities in turn and assist with any recruitment-related tasks
Requirements
- Microsoft Office/G Suite proficiency, clear communication, and attention to detail
- Proven aptitude for multitasking and enthusiasm in recruitment
- Consensus to work from Airbus premises is mandatory
Location
Bangalore, India.
Duration
The Airbus internship will be for a period of 3 months.
