About BCG

Main Responsibilities
- Help develop and reshape BCG X Delivery’s reporting and digital reporting suite, including dashboards, reporting templates, and self-service reporting tools.
- Build and maintain dashboards and data pipelines that bring together data from multiple sources to provide timely, accurate, and actionable business insights.
- Use data and AI tools such as Power BI, Tableau Prep, and Claude to automate reporting workflows, streamline data processing, and improve the quality and efficiency of reports. Working knowledge of or hands-on experience with these or similar tools is expected.
Secondary Responsibilities (Core Finance Support)
- Support day-to-day finance operations and financial planning for BCG X Delivery, including project codes, timesheet corrections, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Track business performance and outlook by monitoring actuals against forecasts and plans, along with pipeline, backlog, project wins, revenue impact, and key variances.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or currently pursuing).
- Strong interest in analytics, including tools, data design and pipelines, and visualizations.
- A proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to communicate clearly and hold productive discussions with peers and staff.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- A structured, organized approach to following up with confidence.
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of AI tools.
- Proven ability to streamline and automate reporting processes, with a solid understanding of data and AI tools.
- Prior project experience in reporting automation, data analysis, or AI tools is a strong plus.
- A finance educational or professional background is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English.
