Job Description:

Hiring candidates for the post of Software Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Manage Linux and Windows virtual machines, including provisioning, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Support deployment, release, and operational activities through CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support incident resolution.
• Create and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to improve system visibility and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, pull requests, and DevOps best practice adoption.
• Support containerized applications running on Kubernetes and Docker platforms.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual operational effort.
• Assist in implementing security recommendations, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and incident management activities.
• Work within Agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1-2 years of experience in
  – DevOps
  – Site Reliability Engineering
  – Cloud Operations
  – System Administration
  – Related role.

Preferred skill:

• Hands-on experience with Linux administration and basic Windows server management.
• Experience with one scripting or programming language such as Python, Shell Scripting, JavaScript, or Go.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub/Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Basic experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD concepts and tools
  – Jenkins
  – GitHub Actions
  – Azure DevOps
  – GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, or Azure Monitor.
• Networking fundamentals including
  – TCP/IP
  – DNS
  – Load Balancers
  -HTTP/HTTPS.
• Troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
