Responsibilities of Associate Engineer:

Design and develop LLM-powered agentic workflows for embedded and edge platforms.

Build AI agents and orchestration pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain / LangGraph
-
Develop multimodal AI systems that can work with text, logs, and sensor-based inputs.

Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and prompt engineering strategies

Optimize edge AI inferencing, including:

TensorFlow Lite or similar frameworks

Model quantization and performance tuning

Efficient utilization of NPU / GPU resources

Develop microservices-based architectures for scalable AI deployment

Integrate AI agents into distributed systems and service-oriented platforms

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into software development and validation workflows.

Contribute to AI-based automation use cases such as defect analysis, requirement processing, and workflow automation.
Harman Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in:
– Computer Science
– Information Technology
– Communication Technology
– Or related field - 1 to 3 years of experience in AI/ML and software development
Required skills:
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- LLM-based application development
- Agentic AI workflows and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
- Good understanding of:
- Multimodal AI systems
- RAG pipelines and prompt engineering
- Experience in edge AI deployment, including:
