Roles & Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through social media, professional networks, job portals, past applicants, and other channels to build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Maintain timely and transparent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey while ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Ensure job descriptions and interview questions are aligned with role requirements and support effective candidate evaluation
• Assess candidate fitment based on role requirements and internal parity while maintaining consistency in the selection process
• Keep selected candidates engaged through regular communication and follow-ups until joining to support offer acceptance and retention
• Leverage existing talent pools, previous applicants, and prospective candidates to strengthen recruitment pipelines and meet hiring requirements and productivity targets

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong critical-thinking skills and a willingness to challenge existing processes and approaches
• Remain open, flexible, and adaptable to evolving business requirements and priorities
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with a sound understanding of business fundamentals
