About Traya Health

The rapidly expanding health IT startup Traya (Tatvartha Health Private Limited) specializes on treating chronic conditions in millennials. November 2020 saw the release of Traya following extensive clinical and commercial study. Our journey began with the management of hair loss, and we are gradually branching out to address other chronic conditions like gut health, hormones, and cholesterol. Helping our patients manage their illnesses is all that we want to do. We are science agnostic, we are big fans of data-backed science, be it Ayurveda, allopathy, or nutrition.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with creators and influencers to support seamless campaign planning and execution
2. Track influencer deliverables, timelines, and campaign milestones to ensure timely completion
3. Monitor social media conversations, audience sentiment, and brand engagement across digital platforms
4. Identify emerging trends, viral content formats, and creator opportunities to enhance campaign performance
5. Assist in influencer research, sourcing, outreach, and relationship management activities
6. Maintain campaign trackers, reports, and performance dashboards with accurate and up-to-date information
7. Support comment moderation and online reputation management (ORM) activities to ensure positive brand interactions
8. Contribute to community-building initiatives and advocacy programs to strengthen audience engagement and brand loyalty
