About Ola Electric
Ola Electric is an Indian electric two-wheeler manufacturer based in Bangalore. Its manufacturing plant is located in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India. Ola Electric was established in 2017 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ola Cabs’ parent ANI Technologies. In March 2019, Ola Electric was spun off as a separate entity with founder Bhavish Aggarwal buying out the parent company’s stake in Ola Electric.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR discussions to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records with accurate and up-to-date information
- Support employer branding activities and assist in various talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives
