Infosys Job Responsibility:
- Provide support to global clients via calls and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues including:
– VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory
– Operating systems and basic networking
– Microsoft Office and other productivity tools - Work on ticketing tools.
- Analyze issues and provide timely, effective resolutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions
Infosys Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to independently resolve technical queries
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational (US shift) environment
- Comfortable working from the Pune office
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Comfortable with night/rotational shifts
- Mandatory 2 months of training at Mysore campus.
- Basic understanding or any Service Desk expertise (Preferred)

- Any Full-Time Graduate (15 years of formal education).
