Responsibilities of an Apprentice:
- Coordinate project management activities across end-to-end project lifecycles, contributing to the DMaaS portfolio (P*Q).

Assist in managing project implementation activities, including design, development, testing, deployment, and operational handover.
- Maintain and regularly update project plans, ensuring alignment with programme timelines and governance requirements.

Identify potential project risks and issues, helping to implement mitigation plans and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Ensure customer-focused, clear, and timely communication with all project stakeholders and team members.

Prepare and maintain project-related documentation while ensuring compliance with organisational governance standards.
- Monitor delivery against agreed SLAs, productivity KPIs, timelines, and approved budgets.

Contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives and support onboarding activities for new team members.
- Participate in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the DMaaS function.
Vodafone Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate degree in
– computer science
– telecommunications
– equivalent discipline. - 0-1 year of exposure to project management activities, preferably within telecommunications or network environments.
Required skills:
- Comfortable working within virtual, cross-country teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- A clear and confident communicator with fluent written and spoken English.
- Familiar with project governance, risk management, and structured delivery frameworks.
- Possess a general technical understanding of network engineering platforms and lifecycle phases.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to execute tasks with guidance while supporting team objectives.
