Responsibilities of an Operations Associate:

Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand students’ academic background, career goals, budget, and eligibility.

Evaluate academic records, language proficiency, work experience, and admission readiness.

Guide students regarding Germany’s higher education system, APS requirements, and admission processes.

Create personalized university and program shortlists based on student profiles and career objectives.
-
Assess program requirements, ECTS credits, language criteria, and admission competitiveness.

Manage Uni-Assist and direct university application processes.

Review and verify application documents including:

Academic Transcripts
-
APS Certificates
-
CV/Resume
-
Statement of Purpose (SOP)
-
Letters of Recommendation (LOR)
-
Language Test Scores
-

Ensure timely application submission and compliance with university deadlines.

Provide end-to-end support throughout the admission journey.

Assist students with university communications and additional documentation requirements.
-
Support post-admission activities, including enrollment and visa documentation guidance.
-
Maintain accurate records and application updates within the CRM system.
-
Ensure eligibility compliance and application accuracy before submission.
upGrad Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any relevant discipline

1–4 years of experience related to Germany admissions or international education counselling.
Required skills:
- Strong knowledge of Uni-Assist, A.PS, German grading systems, and public university admissions
- Excellent counselling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and application management skills.
