Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidate profiles while conducting preliminary telephonic interviews to assess suitability
• Post job openings on recruitment portals and manage candidate applications and databases efficiently
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process
• Maintain and update recruitment databases with details of shortlisted, selected, and onboarding candidates
• Manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously while delivering accurate and timely results in a fast-paced environment
