Mphasis Walk-in Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably Commerce / BCom/BBA/ MBA/MCom, etc.)
- Strictly no BE/B.Tech
- Freshers or candidates with relevant back-office or operations experience are encouraged to apply
Preferred skill:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Ability to clearly understand, interpret, and respond to written instructions and client requests
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder interaction skills
- Typing speed of minimum 30 WPM with 95% accuracy (as per standardized test)
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel (basic level required)
- Good understanding of operational workflows and process adherence
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume, repetitive tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of discipline in following processes and schedules
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and work environments
