Roles & Responsibilities

1. Support daily program operations, including onboarding coordination and activity tracking
2. Coordinate with beneficiaries and schools to verify information and facilitate support-related processes
3. Assist in beneficiary onboarding, eligibility verification, and documentation review
4. Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress through regular follow-ups
5. Analyze and organize collected data to identify trends and insights related to education continuity
6. Follow up on pending or inactive cases and escalate concerns when necessary
7. Assist in coordinating support disbursements such as school fees, educational materials, and reimbursements
8. Support social media content ideation and coordination to highlight the initiative’s impact
9. Identify operational gaps and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

1. Candidates with 0–1 year of experience, recent graduates, or final-year students interested in CSR, social impact, or program operations are encouraged to apply
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
3. Proficiency in both Hindi and English is preferred
4. Detail-oriented approach with strong documentation and coordination abilities
5. Comfortable handling data tracking, follow-up activities, and process management tasks
6. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a dynamic work environment
7. Willingness to take ownership and support execution-driven responsibilities proactively
