Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited NPCIL is a public sector industry that comes into existence in the year 1987. It functions under the Department of Atomic Energy. The headquarter is located in Mumbai. At present Nuclear Power Corporation has 21 nuclear reactors in operation at seven locations. All nuclear power plants working under the NPCIL industry are certified by the environmental management system.

Eligibility Criteria NPCIL Recruitment:
To apply for the NPCIL, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc ( Engineering ) / 5 years Integrated M.Tech with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Civil engineering streams with a minimum of 60% marks from University/Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC.
- Applicants must have a valid GATE-2024, GATE-2025, or GATE-2026 Score in the same engineering discipline as the qualifying degree discipline.
Age Limit:
- The upper age limit for general candidates is 26 years as on the last date of the online application.
- Relaxation in the upper age limit is provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government norms.

Selection Process:
- The selection process is based on merit drawn from the GATE Exams 2024/2025/2026 & the shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview.
- Candidates appearing for the interview will have a choice of answering the questions either in Hindi/English.
- The final Selection of candidates is based on their performance in the Personal Interview.
- Intimation of the Interview will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates through email/SMS.

- General/EWS/OBC candidates: Rs. 500/-
- SC/ST/PwBD/Female/Ex-Servicemen candidates: No fee
