Responsibilities of an Apprentice:
- Support transitions and assist in knowledge transfer activities
- Provides services at expected levels with a clear customer service and escalates exceptions
- Handle and respond to internal and external inquiries
- Manage day-to-day activities (modules to be assigned)
- Process PO and non-PO invoices, credit notes, and down payments
- Timely resolution of Invoices which have a price and quantity deviations and follow-ups including debit balances
- Ensure necessary controls are in place and support payment proposal reviews
- Oversight of Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt and timely clearing
- Handle and resolve supplier queries through emails and calls
- Ensure all processes, policies, and procedures are clearly defined and properly documented
Alcon Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:
- BA/ BBA/ BComm (Preferrably)
Required skills:
- Indicate any other soft/technical/professional knowledge and skills requirements
- Ability to work in strict deadlines
- Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement
- SOX knowledge and clarity about accounting internal controls/audit
- Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge is an added advantage .
