Reliance Entertainment is Reliance Group’s motion picture branch, with a substantial involvement in the film industry (film production and distribution). Broadcasting and new media projects are also important to the Reliance Group. Reliance Entertainment has amassed a sizable film production slate in Hindi, English, and other Indian languages, which it markets and distributes throughout the world. Following its partnership with IM Global, the business now has an international sales staff dedicated to selling its Bollywood and regional language slate that has an excellent reputation and a global presence.

Roles & Responsibilities

New Account Development

• Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, and market insights
• Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
• Assist in scheduling meetings and product demos with prospective clients
• Maintain and update prospect and lead data within CRM systems
• Identify clients and agencies requiring stock images, videos, and creative assets via Shutterstock

Client Engagement

• Support ongoing communication with existing clients to understand their needs and challenges
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups to maintain strong client engagement
• Educate clients on Shutterstock offerings, licensing models, and usage benefits

Upselling & Cross-Selling

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
• Promote suitable Shutterstock plans, subscriptions, and content bundles based on client needs
• Support the sales team in communicating value propositions and key benefits
• Track customer feedback and share insights with sales and product teams

Sales Support & Reporting

• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity trackers
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Adhere to organizational sales processes and best practices
• Monitor leads, conversions, and client usage trends related to Shutterstock

Location

Mumbai, India.

Duration

The Reliance Entertainment internship will be for a period of 6 months.

Perks

Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 12,000 / month
