Top athletes including Neeraj Chopra, Sakshi Malik, Shafali Verma, and Jemimah Rodrigues are supported by JSW Sports, which is currently home to champion teams like Bengaluru FC, Delhi Capitals, Haryana Steelers, Pretoria Capitals, and Soorma Hockey Club.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-depth research across sports ecosystems, consumer sectors, international league structures, and emerging business opportunities
2. Prepare market maps, competitor benchmarking studies, and insight briefs to support strategic decision-making
3. Assist in developing strategic presentations, IP proposals, valuation frameworks, and go-to-market strategies
4. Support the creation of business and financial models for new initiatives and investment opportunities
5. Assist in planning, executing, and documenting special projects across different verticals
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

1. Strong analytical and research abilities to study markets, industries, and global trends across sports and consumer sectors
2. Skilled at interpreting data, structuring reports, and converting complex information into concise, actionable insights
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively both in writing and verbally
4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a structured approach to handling ambiguity
5. Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment while engaging with senior stakeholders
6. Genuine interest in sports, consumer insights, technology, and emerging business opportunities is an added advantage
