Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for ACE assessments with assessors, HR, and business teams
- Maintain ACE trackers, assessment records, score sheets, and related documentation
- Assist in preparing ACE reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Plan and execute engagement activities for field employees across multiple locations
- Manage communication and track participation for engagement initiatives
- Provide administrative and coordination support for HR programs
