Roles & Responsibilities

1. Respond to consumer questions and offer product details to the sales staff.
2. Assistance with the creation and implementation of sales plans.
3. Work together with teammates to meet sales goals.
4. To improve skills, go to training classes and sales meetings.
5. Keep thorough records of all sales information and correspondence with customers.
6. To find new company prospects, do market research and analysis.
7. To increase consumer engagement and brand awareness, collaborate closely with the marketing team.
