Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Screening: Find possible applicants via databases, job boards, and LinkedIn; perform preliminary phone interviews and resume screenings.
2. Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews with hiring managers and candidates, keep track of calendars, and offer an excellent candidate experience.
3. Employer Branding & Sourcing: Assist with campus, internship, or diversity employment programs as well as social media recruitment efforts (LinkedIn, Instagram).
4. Process Improvement: Help with job description writing, recruitment marketing, and recruiting metrics reporting.
