Responsibilities of Technician:
- Perform preventative maintenance, periodic inspections, and service on equipment and plants.
- Help in breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
- Make sure that machinery including loaders, cranes, batching plants, compressors, generators, and excavators is operating properly.
- Follow safety procedures and OEM guidelines while operating and maintaining equipment.
- Verify adherence to site safety regulations and EHS standards.
- Report unsafe conditions, equipment defects, or near-miss incidents immediately.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs, service records, and checklists.
- Organize maintenance schedules and spare parts requirements with supervisors.
- Coordinate with operators, site teams, and vendors for smooth equipment operation.
- Make sure the equipment and working spaces are kept clean.
