Roles & Responsibilities

1. Finding and vetting applicants via a variety of job boards, such as LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, Naukri, etc.
2. Arranging and setting up interviews between hiring managers and candidates, as well as getting feedback
3. Help gather the candidate’s paperwork
4. Preserving and revising candidate data and records
5. Dealing with the applicants to negotiate offers
6. Answering questions from candidates regarding the position, hiring procedure, etc.

Requirements

1. Proficiency in utilizing employment portals
2. Knowledge of the hiring procedure
3. Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking
4. Strong interpersonal and negotiating abilities
5. Competent with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
6. Seeking Joiners Right Away.
