Responsibilities of Customer Service Executive:

Handle calls from our HSBC customers and resolving customer’s issues.

Delivers what is commitments with customer expectations and respects diversity of team

Offers value added products and services based on customer needs analysis and ensures customer understanding of those products

Maintains current knowledge of internal communications and training to provide customer care for basic incoming customer contacts.

Generate client loyalty by having a thorough understanding of important goods and services

Owns and resolves issues and understands how and when to escalate. Domain Knowledge required.

Acts as a role model for our Group Values and Behaviors, supporting colleagues and customers to deliver superior customer service through these values

Sound understanding of quality and customer satisfaction measures deployed in Contact Centre environment. Excellent communication skills.
