Responsibilities of Junior Support Specialist:
- Deliver a positive customer experience through CSAT scores
- Provide support via CRM tools
- Regular quality updates until issues resolves
- Follow work on hand prioritization.
- Escalate issues to higher-level support with proper documentation
- Actively engage with Knowledge to help channels/resources.
- Continuous learn about the Cornerstone OnDemand product portfolio
- Collaborate and contribute to the Cornerstone OnDemand ecosystem.
- Follow privacy and security obligations.
Cornerstone Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
- Fresher or less than a year of customer facing application support experience.
Required skills:
- Basic Understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, FTP, SSO, SMTP, HTML, etc.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Customer centric mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with support workflows and processes and experience working with CRM application like Salesforce, in SLA driven ecosystem will be a plus
- Fine with 24×7 working environment (mostly US shifts).
