Roles & Responsibilities

1. Drive internal communication: Craft and disseminate daily or weekly messages via internal channels (WhatsApp, email, posters, etc.) to inform, motivate, and connect teams around common goals.
2. Own on-site execution: Be physically present on the floor to organize scoreboard displays, run mini-events, lead engagement activities, ring the celebration bell, and create daily excitement.
3. Plan recognition and motivation rituals: Design and roll out recognition forms, shout-outs, surprise awards, and engaging moments that increase morale and exposure.
4. Collaborate with upper management: Transform corporate milestones into captivating internal storytelling moments by working together with project owners and business leaders.
5. Track and report engagement: Keep track of floor energy, engagement, and feedback, and make innovative recommendations based on what’s working.

Stipend: Rs.14,000 – 15,000 / month
