The goal of SmartGRID technology’s design is to deliver the best possible sleep experience through increased durability, comfort, and support. Mattresses, adjustable beds, office chairs, pillows, bedding accessories, and more are all part of our product portfolio.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Help with the creation and posting of job descriptions across multiple platforms
2. To assess candidates’ qualifications, screen resumes and hold preliminary interviews.
3. Work with hiring managers to arrange tests and interviews.
4. Oversee communications with candidates and offer updates during the hiring process.
5. Track candidate progress and evaluate recruitment data using MS Excel 6. Help negotiate employment offers and close candidates
6. Assist in the ongoing enhancement of our hiring procedures and tactics
