Roles & Responsibilities

A. Talent acquisition analytics:

1. Support the collection and organization of data relating to recruitment.
2. Help in producing reports and dashboards to visualize recruitment results.
3. Work with the local center HR personnel to analyze recruitment metrics in order to assess the efficacy of talent acquisition procedures.

B. Automation and digitalization initiatives:

1. Assist with the documentation of current workflows and the design of workflow management/automated solutions.
2. Participate in testing and reviewing tools and software.

C. Data management and reporting:

1. Help maintain and update HR data systems to ensure data correctness and integrity.
2. Assist in developing regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and stakeholders.
3. Provide analysis-based insights to assist the HR manager in making data-driven decisions.

The DHL internship will be for a period of 6 months.

Perks

Stipend: Rs.15,000 – 25,000 / month
