Ronnie Screwvala, Mayank Kumar, Phalgun Kompalli, and Ravijot Chugh founded upGrad, an Indian online higher education firm, in 2015. The company is the Government of India’s official education partner for the Startup India programme. Working people, college students, and corporations can enrol in online programmes in IT, Data Science, Management, and Technology through the EdTech organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls to prospective students to learn about their interests.
- Plan counseling sessions and facilitate communication between students and counselors.
- Encourage walk-ins to upGrad’s Learning Support Centers by using efficient communication.
- Encourage online counseling sessions and make sure they are scheduled on time.
- Keep thorough records and pursue leads.
Requirements
- Candidates or recent graduates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or similar fields.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, focused, and ready to learn about education and sales technology.
- For the duration of the internship, I am able to work full-time from an office.

Duration
The UpGrad internship will be for a period of 3 months.
