Puma Sports India Private Limited is a sports goods producer and distributor in India. For football, motorsport golf, and everyday use, the firm offers footwear, clothing, and sports accessories. The firm is located in Bangalore, India, and was formed in 2005.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Support the employer branding strategy by helping to create, curate, and schedule material for internal communications, talent-attraction campaigns, career sites, and social media platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
2. Assist in keeping our employer brand consistent throughout all employee and candidate touchpoints, including job boards, Glassdoor/Indeed reviews, email correspondence, and internal portals.
3. Support DEI activities by doing best practice research, assisting in the creation of inclusive campaigns, and supporting internal awareness campaigns and diversity talent-engagement events.
4. Utilize analytics (social metrics, applicant experience feedback, internal involvement) to monitor and assess the success of campaigns and offer suggestions or insights.
5. To plan events, employee spotlight stories, campus recruitment, and community outreach, collaborate with recruiters, HR business partners, the creative/design team, and any outside vendors.
6. Oversee administrative and project-coordination duties, including content calendar maintenance, database updates, event logistical support, message drafting, and progress tracking.
7. Bring in new and innovative ideas to improve our employer brand culture, such as concepts for DEI activations, campus involvement, visual/social assets, employee testimonials, and storytelling.
8. Participate in team meetings, offer assistance when required, show initiative in little jobs or sub-projects, and have a strong desire to learn.
