Today, the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Research Foundation comprises 15 state departments in addition to a handful abroad. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Organizing and arranging participant lineups for storytelling, acting, singing, dancing, running, and gaming segments, as well as show schedules and event activities.
2. Engaging, inspiring, and communicating with viewers and participants in every segment while hosting the live virtual charity program.
3. Overseeing technical logistics, such as digital promotions, chat moderation, live streaming, and virtual platforms.
4. Ensuring timely execution and facilitating seamless transitions between different segments (storytelling, acting, singing, dancing, etc.).
5. Organizing rehearsals, technical checks, and segment timing with actors, storytellers, singers, dancers, runners, and gamers.
6. To increase involvement and support, produce interesting promotional content for charity campaigns, emails, and social media.
7. Monitoring donations from the audience, comments from attendees, and the effects of the event afterward; creating summaries for the organizing team.
8. Calmly and professionally managing unforeseen problems or emergencies during live events.
9. Assisting with post-event tasks include gathering audience testimonials, discussing highlights, and sending thank-you notes.
