Today, the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Research Foundation comprises 15 state departments in addition to a handful abroad. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Help recruit and onboard volunteers, Hridaan Festival team members, and campus ambassadors.
2. Arrange the times of interviews for different positions.
3. Keep records and oversee volunteer databases.
4. Assist with workshop management and training session organization.
5. Manage team communications and attendance monitoring.
6. Contribute to the creation of event management HR policies.
7. Work with many departments to ensure a smooth festival execution.
8. Create HR documentation and reports.
9. Encourage the management of complaints and the settlement of disputes.
10. Help with gathering and analyzing post-event comments.
