It has been the market leader for over 20 years. It has manufacturing units in Goa, Vadodara, Ahmednagar, and Baddi. Its products are available in nearly 150,000 retail points across the country. The business is rapidly expanding into new categories and expanding its reach.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Help find possible applicants using a variety of sources (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, recommendations, etc.)
  • Arrange interviews and follow up with interviewers and candidates – Perform preliminary screening of applications and resumes
  • The Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated and managed with assistance.
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns. Help create job descriptions and post them on various channels.
  • Maintain candidate data in internal databases and HR trackers. Assist the TA team with daily administrative and operational duties.

The internship will be for a period of 6 months.

Perks

Stipend: Rs.12,000 – 15,000 / month
