Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality resolution for consumer concerns that are sent to you via management email or grievance ID.
- Give polite, professional answers to consumer questions.
- Cooperate with the group to achieve service objectives.
- Determine and suggest process enhancements to improve the provision of customer service.
- Process orders and record customer information accurately.
- Use successful telesales to help the team reach its goals.
- Maintain client accounts to promote repeat business and guarantee satisfaction.
- Gain in-depth product and service knowledge to offer clients appropriate solutions.

Duration
The Tata 1mg internship will be for a period of 6 months.
