Roles & Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling: To market our mutual fund products and services to prospective MFDs or clients, start making outbound calls. To find and get in touch with MFDs, use databases, lead lists, and other tools.
2. Drive key business parameters: Make sure that MFDs (activation, SIP, and drive Lumpsum) are generating a minimal amount of business. onboard MFDs and KYC acquisition.
3. Presentation of the Product: Provide details regarding the characteristics, advantages, and performance of our mutual fund products. Help customers understand how the different investment options fit with their financial objectives by outlining them.
4. Handling Objections: Respond to any queries or objections that potential investors may have about mutual fund investments, costs, dangers, etc. To allay worries and foster trust with MFDs, give clear and accurate information.
5. Relationship Management: Establish and preserve solid bonds with MFDs by offering constant help, support, and tailored guidance. To assist MFDs in making wise investment decisions, keep them updated on market developments, performance reports, and other pertinent information.
6. Stay up to date on market intelligence and knowledge.
7. Verify that every activity complies with risk and compliance.
8. When necessary, give the immediate superior regular updates.
