Roles & Responsibilities

1. Help find and evaluate applicants for different positions inside the organization.
2. Arrange and plan interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
3. To draw in top talent, take part in job fairs and recruitment activities.
4. Maintain and update recruitment systems and candidate databases.
5. Participate in the creation of initiatives and strategies for recruitment.
6. Help with writing job descriptions and advertising vacancies on different websites.
7. Assist the HR staff with administrative tasks as required.

The Justdial internship will be for a period of 3 months.
