Roles & Responsibilities

• Carrying out small research projects, doing research to assist in strategic decision-making, creating reports and presentations to convey research findings, and working with senior management to put research findings into practice for the global markets division.
• Cooperation to support business efforts with cross-functional teams.
• taking part in training and development initiatives to improve knowledge and abilities.
• Opportunities are identified, business cases are created, and new product and service launches and deployments are managed for the global markets division.
• Responding to inquiries about goods and services, handling transactions, and managing client relationships while providing clients and customers with customer care support under gradually reducing supervision.
• Overseeing the creation and application of financial models and strategies that aid in the global markets division’s decision-making.
• Training and mentoring of junior colleagues.
